You may use this website for lawful business enquiries only. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or copy content without permission.
Services
We provide AI automation, custom software, EPOS and related consultancy. Scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are confirmed in written proposals or agreements.
Quotes and payments
Prices, milestones, payment terms and support arrangements are agreed before work starts. Late or missing payments may delay delivery.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, system access and rights to materials needed for the work.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of project deliverables transfers according to the signed proposal or agreement once agreed payments are made. Codeer retains pre-existing tools, methods and know-how.
Liability
We aim to provide reliable services, but this website is provided for general information. Liability for paid work is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
